PHP Google Places to find the custom location like Zomato

As in Zomato.com,REFER THIS LINK the website get the location of the user and then shows results (list of restaurants) near it using Google Places.


Can we add some custom locations in Google Places. Fetch the User location and show him our 5 locations(that we added) nearby him in PHP?
